Probably the most unlikely option, but at this point whatever works as the Sixers win back-to-back games beating the Hornets, 96-92. Samuel Dalembert hit a hook shot with 25 seconds left to give the Sixers a 94-92 lead. The Sixers were able to hold on to secure a big victory at home. The Hornets came in riding a six game winning streak. Samuel Dalembert finished with 6 points, 14 rebounds and 5 blocks shot. Andre Iguodala scored 18 points and dished off 8 assist. Elton Brand added 18 points off the bench. Five Sixers scored in double figures as lately the scoring load has had a nice balance.

For the Hornets, Emeka Okafur was strong inside posting 20 points and 11 rebounds. Chris Paul scored 13 points and had 14 assist. The Sixers will continue the home swing as the New York Knicks come to the Wachovia center to face the Sixers on Wednesday night. Game time will start at 7:00 PM EST.
