The Mavs came in as one of the best teams in the league so far this season but the Sixers seemed unfazed and took it to the Mavericks winning 92-81. The Sixers went with a new starting lineup and at least for now change has been good. Thaddeus Young did not let coming off the bench slow him down as he scored a game high 22 points. Marreese Speights also add 14 points off the bench as the Sixers got almost everyone to produce in this game.

For the Mavericks, Dirk Nowitzki was held on check scoring only 15 points on 4-13 shooting. Drew Gooden was solid off the bench getting 14 points and 7 boards. The Sixers will look to use this big win and keep the winning coming as next up they will face the Indiana Pacers Saturday night on the road. Game time will start at 7:00 PM EST.
